On August 6, 2015 we visited the Thien Tam Orphanage. On this visit we brought all textbooks and school supplies for the upcoming school year, and lots of essential supplies for the orphanage. The supplies included bags of rice, boxes of noodles, cooking oil, soy sauce, laundry detergent, dish soap, and lots of snacks. Our coordinator, Mai Khanh, made it a fun day by having an art contest with the children. They all drew pictures, and the three winners got special prizes. The children also put on a dance that they had been practicing.
