In December 2022 we had a fun holiday visit with the children at the Dai An Orphanage. After speaking with the orphanage caretakers, we took down a detailed list of items they needed for the month. Our team did all the shopping at local markets, loaded up a van, and made the drive out to the orphanage.

On this visit, we brought fresh fruit, mung beans, peanuts, instant pho, rice noodles, fresh vegetables, packages of cereal, quail eggs, pork, meat pies, ground beef, fish pies, chicken, ketchup, siracha, baking soda, vanilla extract, and shampoo.

As a treat, we prepared sweet porridge for the children to enjoy. It was a lovely day!

This charity trip was made possible through the kind donations from Sharon Kelly, Stephen Milne, and Scott Huynh. Thank you!!!

The Dai An Orphanage is located in Cam Ranh district, south of Nha Trang, and cares for approximately 30 young children. It was founded by the same church that runs the Sunflower Orphanage in Nha Trang. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play. The caretakers provide a nurturing and loving home for these amazing children. There are also classrooms in the orphanage to provide the children with extra tutoring after school.
