Our team had a great visit to the Ngoc Van Orphanage in July 2025. We were able to deliver a van-load of food and supplies, all thanks to our generous donors!

After coordinating with the caretakers, we bought a variety of essential items at local markets, including baby formula, milk, and cleaning supplies like dish soap. Since the new school year is right around the corner, we also brought elementary textbooks and notebooks for all the children.

The kids were so excited to greet our volunteers and even helped us unload everything. To celebrate the visit, we handed out cupcakes for everyone to enjoy.

A huge thank you to David and Trini Nguyen, Nicole Londt, Linh Lam, Hiep Nguyen, and our anonymous donor for making this trip possible! We also want to give a special shout-out to Luanne Lemmer for providing the school supplies.

ABOUT THE NGOC VAN ORPHANAGE

Located in the northern part of Khanh Hoa province, the Ngoc Van Orphanage was founded in 2020 after a big storm hit central Vietnam. There were many deaths from the storm, and several orphans were brought to the Ngoc Van Pagoda to be cared for by the monks there. Since then, the orphanage has grown and now cares for about 20 small children.
