In mid-October 2020 we had a fun visit to the Thien Tam Orphanage. We had contacted the caretakers ahead of time and made a detailed list of their current needs. Our team went to local markets, bought everything on the list, loaded up a van, and drove out to the orphanage.
On this visit, we brought bags of rice, bottles of cooking oil, packages of milk, seasonings, bottles of soy sauce, bottles of fish sauce, peanuts, shallots, dry shrimp, dry squid, meats, and shampoo.
Two of the children had birthdays recently, and we organized two birthday cakes and presents for all the children. It was a lovely party!
This charity trip was made possible through the kind donations of Chuck and Phi Fiese and the Lovingkindness Vietnam General Fund. Thank you!!!
