In April 2021 we had a fun visit at the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children. We work closely with the caretakers and made a list of their current needs. Our team bought everything on the list, loaded up a van, and made the drive to the home.
The children were happy to see our volunteers and helped carry everything into the main courtyard. We brought packages of white noodles, packages of ramen soup, condensed milk, dried seafood, cooking oil, seasonings, bottles of soy sauce, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
As a yummy treat, we brought cakes for everyone to share. It was a lovely visit!

ABOUT THE HY VONG HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN
Located in the Suoi Cat district to the west of Nha Trang, the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders and disabilities whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving and caring environment for a group of amazing children.
