After heavy regional flooding delayed our travel last month, our team was finally able to return to Dai An Orphanage this December. To make up for the missed trip, we coordinated closely with the caretakers to ensure this visit provided double the support.
Equipped with a detailed list from the staff, we sourced everything from local markets.
Supplies Delivered:
- Nutrition: Rice, ramen, noodles, milk, poultry, pork, fish sauce, canned fish, and essential seasonings.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, soap, laundry detergent, and various cleaning supplies.
When we arrived, the children helped our team stack the provisions on the big table next to their gardens. We even brought along sweet gelatin dessert cups as a special treat!
It was a heartwarming day of connection and joy. This significant delivery was only possible because of the continued generosity of our donors: Sharon Kelly, Stephen Milne, and Scott Huynh. Thank you for making a tangible difference in these children’s lives!
