In September 2024 we brought lots of food and general supplies to the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children and arranged for a Mid-Autumn Festival party. After contacting the caretakers, we took detailed notes of items they needed this month. Our team of volunteers in Nha Trang took the shopping list to local markets and bought everything requested.
On this visit, we brought bags of rice, varieties of milk, cleaning products, noodles, toothpaste, cooking oil, fish sauce, ramen, seasonings, and moon cakes.
Our team of volunteers handed out stuffed animals for the children to play with, and fun festival lanterns to carry around. The children also brought out traditional costumes and had fun in the courtyard. Finally, our team prepared bubble tea drinks for all the children. So fun!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN
Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
