In November 2023 we visited the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children on a fun visit. We had coordinated with the caretakers to bring items they were running low on this month. We took a detailed list to local markets and bought everything they requested. Our team then loaded up a van and drove out to see the children.
When we arrived, the children were practicing a dance with ornamental flowers the caretakers had taught them. Our volunteers then got their own private performance. It was a lovely show! Such talented children!
Afterwards, we stacked all the provisions in the common room. On this visit, we brought bags of rice, pho noodles, glass noodles, cooking oil, spaghetti noodles, seasonings, yogurt drinks, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, body wash, and cleaning products.
Next, we prepared a fun flan treat for the children to enjoy. It was a lovely day!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN
Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
