This March, we had the privilege of visiting the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children, and the day was as bright as the smiles we encountered.

To make sure every dollar of your support went exactly where it was needed, we coordinated directly with the home’s dedicated caretakers. After identifying their most urgent priorities, our team hit the local markets to fill a van to the brim!

Filling the Pantry and the Heart

We delivered a comprehensive supply of essentials designed to keep the home running smoothly and the children well-fed throughout the month:

  • Pantry Staples: Large bags of rice, boxes of noodles, packages of pho, eggs, and fresh meats.
  • Cooking Essentials: Cooking oil, sugar, chili sauce, and fish sauce.
  • Hygiene & Care: Washing powder, toothpaste, toilet cleaner, floor cleaner, and mosquito coils.
  • Nutrition: Fresh milk for all the children.

A Little Something Extra

While the essentials are vital, we also wanted to bring a bit of festive cheer. Our team prepared special sweet drinks for the children to enjoy together. It was a wonderful afternoon of refreshment, laughter, and genuine connection.

Seeing the immediate impact of these supplies and the joy on the children’s faces reminds us why this work is so important.

Thank you for making this day possible!

This visit was made possible entirely by the kind donations from Steven Burger, Hue Ho, and an anonymous donor. Thank you for making this day possible!
