On September 4, 2018 we attended the opening ceremony of the new school year at the Kim Son Charity School. We were happy to provide everything the children needed for their education. Kim Son provides free primary schooling to neighborhood children whose parents cannot afford the costs of a public education. Kim Son has accredited teachers in its classrooms and is dedicated to ensuring the children receive an education.
This year, we were pleased to provide the school with everything the children will need for the upcoming school year, including the textbooks, school supplies, and school uniforms. At the opening day ceremony, the head nun of Kim Son made a speech, the children sang songs, and we handed treats to the gathered children. It was a fun occasion!
