Our March visit to the Dai An Orphanage focused on delivering essential supplies and hosting a special afternoon treat for the children. After coordinating with the caretakers to identify their most urgent requirements, we filled a van at the local markets with the following provisions:
- Nutritious Staples: Fresh meats, fish, and various seasonings.
- Pantry Essentials: Multiple packages of noodles, instant noodles, milk, and sweet cakes.
- Hygiene Supplies: Significant quantities of toothpaste and shampoo.
The highlight of the day took place in the orphanage gardens, where volunteers hosted an ice cream social. Every child enjoyed scoops of chocolate and strawberry ice cream in cones, topped with chocolate sauce. It was a wonderful way to bring everyone together for a bit of weekend fun alongside the delivery of necessary goods.

ABOUT THE DAI AN ORPHANAGE
The Dai An Orphanage is located in Cam Ranh district, south of Nha Trang, and cares for approximately 30 young children. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play. The caretakers provide a nurturing and loving home for these amazing children. There are also classrooms in the orphanage to provide the children with extra tutoring after school.
