In March 2021 we had a lovely visit at the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children. We brought lots of supplies for the home including foodstuff the caretakers had requested. Our team of volunteers went to local markets in Nha Trang, loaded up a van, and made the drive out to Hy Vong.
Upon our arrival, the children met our team and helped carry everything to the main steps. We brought bags of sweet rice, fresh milk, condensed milk, packages of sausages, boxes of noodles, body wash, brooms, erasers, and seasonings.
Our team handed out snacks, visited with the children, and spoke to the caretakers. It was a lovely visit!

ABOUT THE HY VONG HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN
Located in the Suoi Cat district to the west of Nha Trang, the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders and disabilities whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving and caring environment for a group of amazing children.
