In March 2021 we had a fun visit at the Sunflower Orphanage. We had coordinated with the caretakers and brought lots of essential supplies and foodstuff, plus a few special items they had requested. When our team arrived, the orphans helped carry and stack everything in the common room. On this visit, we brought racks of eggs, meats, dish soap, markers, brooms, diapers, mops, detergent, and a new hammock.
The children were quick to set up the hammock, then took turns trying it out. As a yummy treat, we also brought cans of bird’s nest drinks for everyone to enjoy. It was a great visit!
This charity trip was made possible through the kindhearted donations of Bichlien Nguyen, Minh Nguyen, Daniel Cole, Geneva Palatini, Hanh Duong, and Amazon Smile. Thank you!!!
