In December 2020 we had a Christmas visit to the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children. After speaking with the nuns at the home, our team bought lots of essential supplies and foodstuff for the month. Upon our arrival, we brought everything into the common room, and the children were excellent helpers as we stacked it all up. We brought boxes of noodles, packages of milk, kitchen supplies, boxes of toothpaste, fabric softener, books and pens, diapers, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
We passed out Santa hats to all the children, then everyone got their own Christmas present! The children had lots of fun opening their gifts, which included clothes, toys, books, and games. Next, our team of volunteers prepared yummy, sweet drinks for everyone to enjoy. It was a lovely holiday party!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN
Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
