On January 30, 2016 we visited the Song Lo Orphanage with lots of essential supplies. Located at the Phuoc Tuong Pagoda, the Song Lo Orphanage cares for 10 children in a peaceful country setting. Upon the nuns request, we brought new clothes, new shoes, traditional foods for the Tet new year, and essential foodstuff. With the new year approaching, poor orphanages such as Song Lo often cannot participate in the traditional activities. With this donation, the children can wear new clothes for the new year, and prepare lots of yummy traditional food.
This donation was made in memory of Chi Tran Thi Hai Van College Francais Nha Trang.
